Any bag will contain your kit but if it doesn’t have ventilation it gets smelly, mouldy and will need drying out!
The Storm Bay solves that problem by being made entirely of mesh, with solid PVC end panels, not just any old mesh but bomb proof truck guard mesh – the stuff that holds rocks in on semi trailers.
It has a coloured PVC end panel with a zip pocket to keep your valuables separate and dry from the main compartment. Mesh side panels allow for easy stowing of regularly used items. Reinforced stitching and a number 10 coil zip make this an extremely tough bag.
And it’s big enough to hold all your paddle gear: PFDs, wet or drysuit, deck, equipment and spare clothes. Or if you prefer – surf or snorkel gear, wetsuit, fins and maybe a beer or two.
The Storm Bay duffle is made from super strong UV protected materials and Aussie webbing. It will take whatever your throw at it and more!

We used our duffles extensively on a recent kayaking trip around the WhitSundays and they were excellent!
Very useful for carting water from town to our accommodation, then one to carry and deliver the water drop (70kgs in total!) to Cairn beach. Great for storing stuff overnight to keep out the cute, local marsupials who like to chew our tasty gear.
They are surprisingly comfortable when using the hand loops around your shoulders as a backpack too. Mesh is quite handy in kayaks as they don’t build up moisture or sand….Great product!!

Excellent bomber kayak bag. Fits all my Whitewater gear and feels rock solid. Neat sealed zip area on the side handy for stuff you don’t want to get wet. Even in Sydney’s last 6 months of rain, my whitewater gear hasn’t gone mouldy!
