RETURN POLICY

We have a simple Return Policy

Our Brand and your satisfaction are really important to us. Basically, if you are not happy with your Outware purchase we will do our best to fix your issue, rectify the problem, replace, repair or refund. Simple.

Having said that, here are a few guidelines to help you through the process.

Full-priced items purchased online

Not excited by your new purchase? Wrong size, doesn’t fit or the colour offends the neighbours?  Well send it back! Our web returns policy is user-friendly and simple.

You may return any full-priced item within 30 days from the date of purchase for an exchange, credit or a refund. For sale items you must return these within 10 days for an exchange where available or credit but no refund is available on sale items. Items must be returned with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, in NEW condition and with original packaging and labels intact.

So it’s simple really. When you take delivery check things out thoroughly before going bush. If you change your mind after using the product, it’s too late!

Return postage must be paid by the customer. We recommend purchasing tracking when you post the item.

Simply contact us with your order number and we will walk you through the process.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that abuse our unused/unworn policy.

Exchanges

You know what you’re returning, and you already know what you want to get instead?

Our returns are simple! Send us a message at service@outware.net.au stating your order number, what you wish to return and what you would like to replace it with.

We will email you back with return instructions and reserve the item you are requesting for an exchange. Once your item arrives back in store we will send you the replacement.

Note: On sale items items may not have any suitable exchanges available, in this case we will provide you with a credit.

Refunds

Send us a message at service@outware.net.au stating your order number, what you wish to return and that you would like a refund.

We will email you back with return instructions. Once your item arrives back in store we will process a refund for the cost of the item.

Any postage costs associated with the order will not be refunded.

Note: Refunds do not apply to sale items.
